In this 1-hour Ground & Restore Holiday Sound Bath you will step into a sanctuary of sound before the holiday rush. This restorative session is designed to help you center, ground, and release the stress that often builds at this time of year. Through the soothing vibrations of 7 crystal singing bowls tuned to 432 hz. You’ll be guided and held in a Breathwork meditative state where you can relax, ground and recenter.
