Join us under the grounded energy of the Virgo Full Worm Moon for an evening of deep restoration, embodied awareness, and sound healing. This moon invites us to bring order and clarity to our inner world—to soften our need for perfection and trust the natural flow of life.
As the earth begins to stir beneath the surface, we too are called to awaken gently from winter’s quiet, tending to our bodies and emotional well-being.
During this intimate experience, Julie will guide you through a meditative sound bath designed to realign your energy and soothe the nervous system, while [Reflexologist’s Name] will offer individualized mini reflexology treatments focused on supporting the Virgo-influenced organs—the digestive system, pancreas, and sensory organs (eyes, ears).
Together, these practices invite you to release tension, restore balance, and enter spring feeling clear, at peace, and connected to your body’s natural wisdom.
Mats, blankets, pillows, bolsters, and eye masks will be provided for you at the studio so you can fully settle in and receive.
