doesn't have to be capital ‘T’ Trauma that is about

big stuff in your life that might have happened like

a parent leaving when you were a kid, or some sort

of abuse that could have happened. Brainspotting can

help these areas as well as help with “the little

‘T’ trauma's like I am having trouble putting myself

out there, I just started my business and every time

I think about posting on instagram I feel like I am

going to die inside..it can help with what ever is

causing nervous system activation (the fight, flight,

freeze response) it can be a really great and

profound way to start to move that energy, to start to
