This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through the Julie Burke Wellness website (the “Site”) and products or services offered by JB Wellness, LLC (“JB Wellness,” “us,” “we,” or “our”). JB Wellness LLC operates as a holistic coaching practice — not a therapy, counseling, or clinical mental health service. We are committed to protecting the privacy of users (“user”, “you” or “your”) of our Site.

This Privacy Policy informs you about the types of information we collect through the Site, how we use, disclose, and protect this information, and your choices with respect to our use and disclosure of your personal information. By using the Site, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy as they may be amended from time to time. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into, and part of, our Terms and Conditions, which govern your use of the Julie Burke Wellness website as a whole.

When you use or otherwise interact with our Site, we may collect two general types of information: (i) information that you voluntarily provide to us, such as personal information that identifies or can be used to identify or contact you; and (ii) information that we automatically collect when you visit the Site, such as non-personal information about your use of the Site.

We do not collect any personal information about you when you use our Site unless you voluntarily choose to submit or disclose such information, such as when you book an appointment through our GoDaddy-powered scheduling system or make a purchase through the Site, or contact us by email or through our online “Contact Us” or “Subscribe” forms. Personal Information is any information that can be used to identify you personally, including your name, email address, billing address, phone number, or similar identifiers. We will only collect the minimum amount of information necessary to fulfill our obligations to you.

If you communicate with us by email, complete one of our online forms, or interact with us through JB Wellness-managed social media accounts — including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Bluesky (julieburkewellness.bsky.social), or Telegram (wellness_coach8) — information provided in such communications may be collected as Personal Information. You may choose not to provide Personal Information; however, certain areas of the Site or online activities may require it.

When you visit the Site, we may automatically receive general anonymous information from your web browser, including your IP address, Internet service provider name, operating system, browser type, date and time of visit, and pages visited. This “traffic data” cannot personally identify you but helps us analyze Site usage, improve our services, and identify heavily used areas of the Site. Anonymous traffic data may be shared with business partners on an aggregate basis. Our Site is hosted by GoDaddy, which may also collect certain technical data as part of its hosting infrastructure.

While using our Site, we may use cookies and similar tracking technologies. Cookies are small data files stored on your device that help us improve the user experience, remember your preferences, and analyze Site usage. Cookies cannot retrieve other data from your device or transmit viruses.

All third-party service providers are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information and are not authorized to use it beyond the services they provide to us.

Corporate Transactions. In connection with a sale, merger, or other change of control of JB Wellness, where permitted by applicable law.

Vital Interests. Where necessary to protect your vital interests or those of others.

Square: Processed securely through Square’s payment platform.

Cash or Check: Please contact us at julie@julieburkewellness.comfor the appropriate mailing address before sending a check.

JB Wellness does not directly store or collect your credit card or payment information. Each third-party payment processor has its own privacy practices: Venmo is operated by PayPal and governed by PayPal’s privacy policy at paypal.com/privacy. Square’s privacy practices are described at squareup.com/privacy.

Whenever you voluntarily make your Personal Information available for viewing by others online — such as commenting on a blog post, posting in a Facebook group we manage, or sharing details on a group coaching call — we cannot be responsible for any unauthorized or improper use of the information you choose to share publicly.

Our Site is operated in the United States. If you are visiting from outside the United States, please be aware that your information will be collected, processed, and stored in the United States, which may not offer the same level of data protection as your home country. By using our Site, you consent to this transfer.

We retain your Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or collect fees owed.

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the following rights regarding your Personal Information:

JB Wellness LLC is located in New Hampshire. Under the New Hampshire Privacy Act (RSA 507-H), effective January 1, 2025, New Hampshire residents have the following rights regarding their Personal Information:

• Right to Access: You may request confirmation of whether we process your personal data and obtain a copy of that data.

• Right to Correct: You may request correction of inaccurate personal data we hold about you.

• Right to Delete: You may request deletion of personal data you have provided to us or that we have collected about you.

• Right to Data Portability: You may request a portable copy of your personal data in a format that allows you to transfer it to another provider.

• Right to Opt Out: You have the right to opt out of the processing of your personal data for purposes of targeted advertising or the sale of personal data.

• Right to Appeal: If we decline to act on your privacy request, you have the right to appeal that decision. We will respond to appeals within 60 days.

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and other states with applicable privacy laws may have additional rights regarding their Personal Information. We are committed to honoring applicable state privacy rights. Please contact us to learn more about your specific rights.
