If you have a hard time finding the language to express what you are experiencing art experiential sessions by pass traditional talk therapy giving you another way to communicate. The art experiential sessions are a kinesthetic sensory-based process integrating art making and creative exploration in a safe environment to promote, maintain, and improve mental and emotional health, increase self awareness and facilitate new perspectives.
Expressing yourself through creativity allows you to move into a "witness/observer role" where you are able to rise above your challenges and gain an improved understanding of your true feelings as well as patterns and beliefs that negatively impact your actions and choices.
