
My trauma Informed client led wellness coaching sessions are supportive and non-judgmental. I hold the space while you explore thoughts, life experiences and felt senses in a self-discovery process. You process at your own pace and in your own way. There is no cookie cut out methods that you have to actively participate in and you guide the session.
My multimodality approach gets to the root of the trauma and heals from the bottom up. Sometimes language isn't enough to move beyond blockages, old patterns that keep you stuck or symptoms that get in the way of life. With your guidance we choose what is right for you in your healing or self exploration journey.
